 ?? Alex joined Caralea Valley Apartments' service team in November 2011. From his first day, he has demonstrated that he is an extremely hard working, self-motivated, team player! He continues to go above and beyond Advenir's expectations by taking pride in each task he takes on. Alex checks and double checks his work to ensure it is complete up to Advenir's standards and that his residents are completely satisfied with his work. Within the month of April, Alex stepped up the challenge of filling a personnel void. He ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks and completed over 55% of all work orders submitted at the property all the while completing 62% of the entire property's make readies! In addition to completing the morning grounds check, tending to the pool, clothes care center, public bathrooms,  Alex diligently tends to whatever the Caralea Valley residents and team needs—no matter the time of day! There have been several A/C requests submitted at the end of the day that Alex, without hesitation, volunteered to tend to. Alex is a treasured member of the Caralea Valley team and has been said to set the example at the property!
